Ingredients of Chana dal fry

STEP : 1
Firstly take 2 cup of Fried Chana Dal, 1 Tomato, 1 Onion, 1 Lemon, 2 Green Mirchi, Few Dhaniya leaves. Collect all ingredients in a plate.

STEP : 2
Now wash all vegetables with water properly for 2 times and cut them in to very fine size. Collect all ingredients in a plate.

STEP : 3
Now take a steel or Glass Bowl. Wash it properly with water for 2 times and make it dry with clean cloth.

STEP : 4
Now take 2 cup of fried Chana Dal in to the steel or glass bowl. Remove unwanted material are present in Chana Dal. Here Chana Dal Should be of good quality.

STEP : 5
Now add finely chopped Onion in to the steel or glass bowl. Here onion should not be of big size.

STEP : 6
Mix the fried Chana dal and finely chopped Onion properly with stirring for few seconds.

STEP : 7
Now add finely chopped pieces of Tomato in to the steel or glass bowl. Here tomato should not be of big size.

STEP : 8
Mix the whole content properly with constant stirring. After mixing of the content, keep it for 5 minutes.

STEP : 9
Now add finely chopped pieces of Green Mirchi in to the glass or steel bowl. Here green mirchi should not be of big size.

STEP : 10
Now mix the whole content properly with constant stirring. Keep it for 2 minutes with occasional stirring.

STEP : 11
Now add 1 tbsp of Fresh Lemon Juice in to the glass or steel Bowl. Mix the whole content properly with stirring.

Now add 1 tbsp of Salt in to the bowl and mix it properly with constant stirring. Quantity of salt can be adjustable as per taste.

Now add 1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil in to the glass or steel bowl and mix the whole content properly by stirring.

Now add 3/4 tbsp of Black Pepper Powder in to the glass or steel Bowl. Mix the whole content properly.

STEP : 15
Now add 1 tbsp of Cumin Powder in to the Bowl and mix it properly with stirring. Here cumin powder should be of good quality.

STEP : 16
Now add 1 tbsp of Sanchar Powder in to the steel or glass bowl. Mix the whole content properly with stirring.

STEP : 17
Now add 1 tbsp of red Mirchi Powder in to the bowl and mix it properly by stirring. Mirchi powder should be of good quality.

STEP : 18
Now mix the whole content properly with constant stirring for a minute. Here all vegetables and masala should be mix properly.

STEP : 19
Now The Spicy Vegetable & Chana Dal is ready to serve and serve it in a serving plate. Garnish the plate by sprinkling finely chopped pieces of Dhaniya leaves.
