  • 1.00 cup Kaboli Chana
  • 1.00 cup Rice
  • 2.00 tbsp Onions
  • 2.00 tbsp Biryani Masala
  • 1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt For Taste
  • 1.00 nos Corriander
  • 3.00 tbsp Ghee
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 tbsp Elachipowder

Instructions
 

Chana Biryani

  • First of all take the pan and add the water in the pan and then add the white chana in the water and boil well

  • Now take the boiled white chana and add them in the bowl and keep them aside as shown in the image

  • Now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the ghee in the pan and preheat the pan

  • Now take the whole biryani masala like cloves chekka ,elachi and add them in the ghee and fry well

  • Now take the onions and cut them in to long pieces and then fry well in the ghee and then add little oil

  • Now take the ginger garlic paste and add the one tbsp of the ginger garlic paste and mix well and fry for 5 minutes

  • Now fry the onions in the oil and ghee mixture untill they fry like a golden color in the slow flame

  • Now take the boiled white chana and then add them in the fried items and mix well and fry for 5 minutes

  • Now take water and measure properly for one cup take 2 cup s of water and add them in the masala

  • Now take the elchi powder and add that in the water and keep a lid over that and boil them
