Ingredients of Chamadumpa pakodi
STEP : 1
First of all take the chamadumpalu and take the peeler and peel out the outer layer well and wash once.

now take the chopper and chop the chamadumpalu like a fine granuals in the plate and then keep them aside, for 2 minutes.

now take the chopped chamadumpalu in to a bowl and add the salt for the taste and mix well then add turmeric powder for good color.

now take the one tbsp of red chilly powder and add that in the bowl and then add 2 tbsp of hot oil mix well.

now add the one tbsp of ginger garlic paste and mix all those ingredients well once and keep aside for 2 minutes.

now add the one tbsp of daniya powder and then add the one tbsp gera powder and mix them well.

now take the one tbsp of corn flour and one tbsp of rice flour and mix all those well and mean while preheat the oil.

now take the curry leaves and coriander leaves and cut them in to small pieces and add them in the mixture and prepare like a thick batter.

now prepare the pakodies with the prepared batter and fry them in the preheated oil until it fries like a golden color.
