  • 1.00 cup splitgreengram

  • 0.25 tbsp cuminseeds

  • 0.50 tbsp salt
  • 0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
  • 2.00 tbsp corianderleaveschopped

  • Take a chalkumro and keep aside.Take split green gram,green chilli,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,ginger all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking.

  • Hot a pan then add the split green gram and roste it for 5 minutes in low flame till the gram is become light brown.

  • Then cut the chalkumro and clean with water and keep aside. keep the rosted gram and all those things for cooking.

  • Then take a prasher cooker and this cooker add the chalkumro and rosted split green gram and some water and salt and close the lid and cook till all those things are boiled.

  • The boiled chalkumro and gram pour in a bowl.chop the coriander leaves then crush the ginger and all masala bring together.

  • Then hot a pan on high flame and add some mustered oil in it then add the dry red chilli and cumin seeds for tempering.

  • Then add the ginger crush in to the oil and fry it for 1 minutes and add some salt in it on the high flame.

  • Then add the boiled gram and chalkumro and turmeric in to the tempering and mix all those things properly and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.

  • Then add the green chilli and chopped coriander leaves in to the chalkumro mugdal and mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.
