STEP : 1
Peel and cut the jackfruit into small pieces. Take a vessel, put these chopped jackfruit pieces into it and fill it with water.

STEP : 2
Heat the vessel for 15 minutes. When the water in the vessel boils turnoff the flame and drain the water completely.

STEP : 3
Heat kadai or pan, add coconut oil, crushed garlic and onions, Chilly Powder and curry leaves. Saute well until the onion become light brown.

STEP : 4
Then add boiled jackfruit pieces into the kadai or pan. Saute well to catch all the ingredients into the jackfruit for 5 minutes.

STEP : 5
After that turn off the flame and serve hot it with rice or can eat alone. This curry should serve in hot because then only we can feel the correct taste of this chakka curry.
