STEP : 1
Take the rice of 1 cup clean them and soak in water for 20 minutes before the start of the process.

Take the cashews of 1/4 cup and put it on the paper to check if they are fine or not for the preparation.

Take a jar and collect those cashews in to that jar and make a fine paste of that one used for the process.

Take the green chilies of 1/2 table spoon in to the jar in order to grind it well for the process.

Grind it well without adding any water to it and made it in to a fine paste without any flakes remaining in it.

After that take a tomato in to the jar which is fresh one in order for the used in the process.

Made the tomato to a fine paste and collect that tomato paste of 1 cup which is used in the process.

Take a pan add oil of 4 to 6 table spoons to it and make the oil to heat for some time.

Take the mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon and add it to oil to made them fry in a low flame.

After that add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the oil in the pan and made them fry in the oil.

Add some inguva to the oil and made it fry in the oil with those spices in the pan for some time .

Now add all those grinded fine pastes to the pan and some water to cook them well for the preparation process.

Take a rice cooker and add the soaked rice to it without adding water to it of 1 cup rice to it.

Now add the fresh water of 2 cups to the 1 cup of rice to the cooker for made the rice to boil.

After that add those fried paste to the rice cooker mix well and close the cooker with a lid for cooking.

Now open the lid and add some salt to it and mix well with the rice until the salt dissolves in it.

After that add the coriander leafs to the rice and mix well with the rice and close the lid for some time.

Before all the process has to been over add the ghee of 2 to 3 table spoons to it and mix well and take in to the serving bowl.
