The butter cashew chicken is an excellent evening snack recipe during winter evening time. It has an excellent juicy texture. The chicken fried in butter and added species make it more tasty. It tastes so yummy due to added cashews .

0.50 kg Chicken

2.00 no Onion
4.00 no Green chillies
5.00 no Curry leaves
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Chicken masala
