Carrot pulao is prepared by South Indians the most. It is generally served with spice gravy. Carrots are vitamin C rich and is admired by all. Also cashews and peanuts makes it a wonderful rice. It is garnished with tomato sauce.

A very healthy food to eat and is very good for those who are suffering from stomach problems as it is very easy to digest.
