Ingredients of Carrot pulao
STEP : 1
All the ingredients are taken as mentioned in the list. All the vegetables are washed, peeled and grated. Laung is made into powder.

Firstly take a pan and pour oil into it. Add grated onions, coconut, ginger, garlic, laung, ilachi into the pan, till it turns to brown in colour.

After frying all the ingredients to the required softness, transfer it into the mixing jar. Add water to make it to a smooth and soft paste and keep it aside.

Now take a pan and transfer the paste of masala into the pan with rice and carrot precooked in oil. Cook, till the oil floats on top of the pan.

After cooked, transfer the yummy pulao into the serving dish. It serves 4-5 persons. It takes 2-3 glasses of water. Also add salt.

Finally garnish the hot and spicy pulao with coriander, onions and carrot . This acts as the good appetizer and increases appetizer power.

Finally take the curd, and add salt, coriander. This acts as a side dish to the recipe and is a good health diet useful for digestion.
