Carrot laddoo is famous indian sweet recipes, These sweet recipe is oftenly made during festivals and high nutritious laddo when compared to other laddoos.Kids and all group age people will have these delicious recipe and its contain less time consuming.

3.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 cup sugar
0.50 cup Peanuts
6.00 no cashewnuts
0.25 cup Raisins
0.25 tbsp dry ginger powder
0.25 tbsp Cardamom powder
0.25 tbsp food color
0.25 tbsp Salt

The key ingredients to prepare carrot laddoo ,we need carrot,coconut,rava,sugar,ghee,raisins,cashewnuts,dry ginger powder,cardamom powder,peanuts,salt and food color.

Initially Wash the carrots,grate the carrots using grater in smaller size for making sweet laddoos.

Turn on the flame,place a vessel add a cup of fresh peanuts and let it roast.

This is a very good recipe of carrots given here I have really tried it and it came out so well even the fussiest of the children who don't eat carrots they can eat it this way since these laddoos they look so delicious and they are really easy to make only thing is by adding a rawa you get to make carrot laddu and that too in such an easy way and they are so presentable and good to look at and can be eaten anytime without heating or without even putting in the fridge they are ready to eat so such type of recipes are very useful for every mother specially when children are fussy to eat healthy carrots and carrots are always very nutritious and healthy for the children in the growing age and this is the recipe I really liked it
