First of all take all the gajar and then wash all of them and clean them with the cloth one by one.

After that, take the gajar and remove the base from the gajar and then peel the gajar one by one by peeler.

Now, after this, take the grater and then grate all the gajar in the same way into a big wash bowl.

Now, after that, take the big pan and then place it on the burner and heat it on the medium flame.

Now, after this, when the pan gets little bit hot, add the grated gajar to the pan and cook on the medium flame.

Now, after that, when the gajar gets cooked, add the milk to the gajar so that it gets dip properly in it.

Now, mix the milk well in the grated gajar and cook it on the medium flame and take sugar in a plate.

Now, after that, when the milk gets evaporates properly from the pan, add the sugar to the cooked gajar in the pan.

Now, after this, mix the sugar with the gajar mixture and cook it on the medium flame and take the ghee in the cup.
