Ingredients of Carrot ginger soup
Carrot ginger soup
STEP : 1
Take 2 Fresh and red Carrot, a small piece of Ginger, 2 medium sized Onion, few Dhaniya Leaves in to a plate.

Wash all vegetables with clean water and cut down in to fine size and aggregate all vegetables in a plate as shown in image.
STEP : 3
Now take the alluminium Kadai or Pan and wash it properly with clean. Make it dry by clean cloth and put it on gas stove.
STEP : 4
Now take 3 tbsp of Pure Ghee in to the Kadai or pan and put on the gas stove at low flame. Here Ghee should be of good quality.

After putting on gas stove, let be heat the ghee properly for a minute at very low flame of gas stove.

After proper hitting of pure ghee, add all fine chopped Onion in to the container. Here onion should not be of big size.

Now mix and saute the onion for a minute or up to it gets light brownish color at low flame with slow stirring.

Now add finely chopped pieces of Ginger in to the container. Here ginger should not be of big size.

Mix the content properly with constant stirring by spoon and let be saute the finely chopped pieces of ginger at low flame.

Now add finely chopped pieces of Red Carrot in to the container. Here pieces of Carrot should not be of big size.

Mix the content properly with constant stirring by spoon. Add pinch of salt and let be saute the finely chopped pieces of Carrot at low flame.

Now saute the whole content properly for 3 4 minutes up to it gets light golden color at low to medium flame with occasional stirring.

Now add 1 and œ cup of water in to the container and mix the whole content properly with stirring by spoon.

Now make the flame of gas stove high and let the boil the whole content properly for 5 minutes so that all vegetables can cock properly.

Now close the container properly with Lid and let cock the content for 4 5 minutes at medium flame with occasional stirring.

After 4 5 minutes open the lid and mix the whole content by stirring and let it be cool. For 5 minutes.

After5 minutes of cooling, take the Grinder and wash the blader poertion with clean water. Put the grinder in to the container.

Now switch on the grinder and grind the whole content at low speed with stirring for 2 minutes. Then grind it for more 2 minutes on high speed.

Now take out the grinder and put on the gas stove and add 1 cup of water. Let be heat the content at medium flame.

Now make the flame of gas stove high and let be boil the preparation properly at least for 5 minutes with occasional stirring.

Now add 1 tbsp of fine powder of Black Pepper and mix it properly with the whole content by constant stirring at low flame.

Now add 1 tbsp of Sugar and mix the content properly with constant stirring by spoon and let it be boil for a minute at low flame.

Now the final preparation is ready to serve. Check the taste of preparation and then add require qty. of salt or sugar or black pepper. Boil it for a minute with stirring. Then serve it in serving Bowl.
