The Carrot - Ginger Soup is very famous soup recipe among all. This recipe is mostly preffered in the winter season. This recipe is very easy in preparation and can be prepared by any one. This recipe is also available in restaurant.

Ingredients of Carrot ginger soup

2.00 no Carrot

1.00 no Ginger
0.50 cup Dhaniya Leaves
4.00 tbsp Vegetable Ghee
1.00 tbsp Sugar
1.00 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
3.00 cup Water

Carrot ginger soup

Take 2 Fresh and red Carrot, a small piece of Ginger, 2 medium sized Onion, few Dhaniya Leaves in to a plate.
