This dry egg Marsala is very easy to prepare and this is liked by everyone from the kids to the elders and this is healthy too the ingredients we use in this is simple ingredients and we can get this easily

Ingredients of Carrot egg poriyal

0.50 kg Carrot

5.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Mustard
4.00 tbsp Curryleaves
2.00 no Onion
5.00 no Greenchillies
0.75 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Corienderleaves
