Egg fusion with Carrot and Beans consists of Egg, mixed with Fresh Carrots and Crunchy Beans that makes it a lip smacking food item, which tastes best with Hot Chapatis. In addition, it can be cooked very quickly which is an added advantage and can be eaten as a part of Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

Ingredients of Carrot egg masala

0.50 tbsp chatmasala
0.25 tbsp salt
3.00 no egg

1.25 cup beans
1.00 no onion
3.00 no greenchilli
4.00 tbsp mustardoil
0.50 tbsp sabjimasala
0.25 tbsp redchillipowder
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
1.00 cup tomatopuree
0.25 tbsp cuminseeds
1.00 tbsp freshcream
3.00 tbsp corianderleaves
0.50 tbsp ghee

Add one-fourth tablespoon turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Everest sabji masala, salt as require and pinch of sugar. Mix masala with vegetables properly.

Remove the carrot and beans preparation to another bowl from the pan. Now on same non – stick pan add 2 tablespoon of oil, cumin seeds, tomato puree and sauté it for 2 minutes on medium flame.

When the masala preparation is completely done. Reduce the flame to low and one by one add the eggs. Increase the quantity of egg according to your need.

Stir continuously so that the eggs get mix with masalas. Cook it until the raw smell of egg get vanishes completely. Then add the carrot and beans preparation.

I never heard of this recipe anywhere. Cumin seeds and coriander leaves gives an amazing fragrance to this dish. The egg and carrot , beans fusion was very unique.
