We have tried and ate various types of kheer,here i used to make a different type of kheer which is made by the healthy vegetables and the tasty sago and sugar which gives additional taste this recipe,it is better to make all types of festivals and functions.

Ingredients of Carrot and cucumber kheer

1.00 cup Carrot
1.00 cup Cucumber
1.00 cup Sago
1.00 cup Sugar
0.25 cup Cashew Nuts
0.25 cup Dry Grapes
2.00 cup Milk
0.25 tbsp Elachi Powder

Carrot and cucumber kheer

For Grating: Peel off the skin then Wash and grate the given vegetables such as two carrots and one Cucumber and keep aside.

I tried so many different types of kheer and this dish is very tasty, ti si made from a mixture of carrot and cucumber this is a good mixture, carrot is rich in vitamins and fibers, I will love to try such type of sweet kheer, thank you for sharing this good and sweet kheer recipe with us.
