Capsicum Pulao – A Exotic And Aromatic Capsicum Pulao Recipe
Capsicum pulao recipe is very spicy and delicious. It is used to cook aromatic and flavorful pulao recipe. It is easily prepared at home. Which is more attractive color and flavor.
Ingredients

- 1.50 cup Basmati Or Bullet Rice
- 3.00 nos Green Capsicum
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2.00 nos Onion
- 2.00 nos Tomato
- 3.00 nos Green Chilly
- 0.25 cup Mint Leaves
- 0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 0.50 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 3.00 tbsp Ghee Or Oil
- 3.00 nos Cloves
- 2.00 nos Cinnamon Sticks
- 1.00 nos Cardamom
- 1.00 nos Bay Leaf
- 1.00 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2.00 cup Water
Instructions
Capsicum Pulao
- Rinse soak the basmati or steamed rice for ten minutes and drained out the water and keep them aside.
- Take two medium sized onions and chop the as lengthy slices and also chop two ripen tomatoes and some green chilies.
- And wash and chop some coriander leaves into fine leaves, and pluck some mint leaves from the stems.
- Wash and chop two to three bell peppers as medium sized cubes, or chop as lengthy slices.
- Heat pressure cooker add three tbsp of ghee or oil, then add the whole garam masala such as cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cardamon.
- Then add fine sliced onions and green chilies with them and saute well till the light golden color obtains.
- Then add one tbsp of freshly grounded ginger garlic paste with them and saute well for few seconds.
- Then add fine sliced tomatoes with them and stir well for few seconds till it gets completely smashed.
- Then add well cleaned and chopped coriander and mint leaves with them and stir well for few seconds.
- Then add those chopped Bell peppers with them and roast them well for few seconds.
- Then add the powdered ingredients such as red chilly powder and some turmeric powder with them and stir well.
- Then add the soaked and drained rice with them and roast them for few seconds.
- Roast the added rice for few seconds till little roast, which is helps to prevent from the rice from mushy.
- Then add water for them as 1:1.75 ratio, stir them well and add enough salt for them.
- Then close the pressure cook lid and put the weight over it, brings them to boil till three whistles.
- After three whistles, the pressure completely goes off, now open the pressure cooker lid and add one tbsp of lime juice extract over them and stir carefully.
- Finally serve hot the tasty and flavorful capsicum pulao by garnishing some coriander leaves. Better to serve with tasty raita or and spicy gravy.
