  • 1.00 Cup Coconut pieces
  • 2.00 tbsp Red chilies
  • 1.00 tbsp Ginger pieces
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt
  • 4.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 Cup Potato pieces
  • 1.00 tbsp Gera
  • 1.00 tbsp Green chilly paste
  • 1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Garlic

Instructions

  • first of all take the capsicum coconut and red chilies and gera and garlic and cu the red chilies in to pieces and keep them aside
  • now take the potato pieces and boil them in the water and keep them in the cold water until the capsicum cooks
  • now take the mixy jar and add the ginger pieces and then red chilies and garlic and grind them well once
  • now add the coconut pieces and then grind well once again and then add the potato pieces in that and mix well
  • now take the pan and switch on the stove and then add the oil and then add green chilly paste and fry
  • now take the capsicum pieces and add them in the oil and fry for minutes so that they are soften well
  • now take the salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste and mix well once and then fry for 5 more minutes and then add turmeric powder
  • now take the coconut and potato masala in the mixy jar and then ad that paste in the fried capsicum pieces
  • now take the spoon and mix well until all the masala flavour absorbed by the capsicum and then add little oil and fry for some time
  • now switch off the stove and take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious capsicum fry is ready to taste
