Capsicum Chicken
- 0.50 kg Chicken
- 2.00 tbsp corn flower
- 2.00 tbsp soya sauce
- 2.00 tbsp garlic paste
- 1.00 nos egg
- 2.00 cup onion
- 2.00 cup capsicum
- 1.00 nos lemon
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 cup oil
- 1.00 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Capsicum Chicken
- Cut the chicken and clean with water and keep aside . Then take corn flower, soya sauce, garlic, egg, onion, capsicum and lemon all those things keep aside.
- take a bowl then keep the chicken add some salt, egg and corn flower then mix it well and keep aside for five minutes.
- Hot a pan and add some oil in it when the oil become hot then add the marinated chicken in to the hot oil and deep fried the chicken pieces.
- deep fry the chicken and leave the fried chicken for cooling for cook the next step of the capsicum properly.
- Then hot a pan and add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the garlic crush and cook for 2 minutes in high flame.
- the oven add the chopped onion in to the fried crush garlic and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas.
- add the chopped capsicum in to the fried crush garlic and onion cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- add the fried chicken in to the fried cooked masala and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- add the kashmiri mirch powder in to the fried cooked masala and chicken and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- add the soya sauce in to the fried cooked masala and chicken and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- add the lemon juice in to the fried cooked masala and chicken and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- Then serve hot the chicken recipe in a serving plate for eating. Serve this chicken with hot roti or hot parathas.
