Chicken peices simmered in a rich capsicum, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion gravy. A perfect dish for Sunday lunch when everybody is in the mood for a lavish meal before an afternoon siesta. This recipe served with hot roti, hot paratha or hot rice. This recipe serve with hot roti or paratha.

Ingredients of Capsicum chicken

0.50 kg Chicken
2.00 tbsp corn flower
2.00 tbsp soya sauce
2.00 tbsp garlic paste
1.00 no egg
2.00 cup onion
2.00 cup capsicum
1.00 no lemon
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 cup oil
1.00 tbsp sugar

Capsicum chicken

Cut the chicken and clean with water and keep aside . Then take corn flower, soya sauce, garlic, egg, onion, capsicum and lemon all those things keep aside.
