Ingredients of Capsicum bajji
STEP : 1
The first step is to wash the capsicum and cut into long fingers like pieces.

Now take a bowl and add about one cup of gram flour in it and add half tablespoon of salt.

Now add about one tablespoon of ajwain seeds and one tablespoon of green chilli paste to it.
STEP : 4
Now mix it well and add required amount of water and mix it well making into thick batter.

Now take a deep bottomed pan and add about half litre of oil and heat it.
STEP : 6
Now dip the capsicum pieces into the batter and drop into the oil and fry them.
STEP : 7
Fry them till they turn to golden colour and take out from the oil and serve it with onion or tomato ketchup.
