Ingredients of Calabash pakora
STEP : 1
Take one large size bottle gourd which is of fresh one and also it is not having more seeds inside check it before the use.

Now take a chopper and chop this bottle gourd in to fine one by peeling of the skin of bottle gourd and collect it to one bowl.

Take the fresh green chilies and ginger in to one bowl and add water to it for cleaning of them without dust.

Take the green chilies and slice them to fine pieces with a knife and collect one table spoon of that pieces.

After that chop the ginger well and finely in to small pieces in a plate which is used for further process.

Take this chopped ginger in to one bowl and smash it with a rod like thing in to fine paste without the mixer.

Add this green chili pieces of 1 table spoon to the bowl containing the bottle gourd pieces and mix well with this.

After that add the ginger paste of 1 table spoon to the bowl and mix well with all the ingredients in the bowl.

Now add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well it in the pan until the salt dissolves in it for some time.

After that add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl for the taste purpose and mix well in the bowl.

Add some table spoon of butter in order to get crispy the pakoda we are using this butter and mix well.

Add some table spoon of oil to the mixtures in the bowl and mix well with those in order for smoothness.

After that add the rice flour of 1/2 cup to the bottle gourd pieces and mix well until it becomes a fine tight paste.

Also add the chana powder of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl and mix well until it becomes a fine paste.

We can see that all the mixtures will mix together and it forms a fine paste in the bowl and kept calm.

Take these mixture in to the hands and prepare small balls which will be fried in the oil after some time only.

Take a pan add oil of 3 cups to it and heat the oil in a medium flame for some time.

After heating of oil add the paste in to it and fry well on both sides in a medium flame only.

When one side is fried turn to other side and make other side also fried well in the oil in a medium flame.

After changing of the color take them out and put off the stove take them in to the serving bowl to serve.
