Ingredients of Calabash curry
STEP : 1
Take the calabash and peel of the skin and cut them in to the small pieces of required size and take one cup of those pieces.

Take the milk of 1 cup and add to one bowl and boil the milk on the stove in a low flame.

Take the fresh and clean tomato of big size in to a jar for grinding purpose which will be used in the preparation.

Grind it well without adding water and made it in to a fine paste for used in the preparation of curry.

Take one pan and put it on the stove in order to pre heat it without adding any thing to it.

After that add oil of 4 to 8 table spoons in to the pan and heat the oil in a low flame.

After heating it add the mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and heat them in the oil in a low flame.

After that add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the oil contains the mustard seeds and made them fry for some time.

Both of the spices will be fried in the oil until the color changes for some time in the oil in low flame.

After that add some green chili flakes of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well and fry in the oil.

After that add the tomato paste already we have prepared and mix well with the spices in the pan and cook the tomato.

Now add the red chili flakes in to the tomato paste for the taste purpose and mix well in the pan.

After that add the calabash pieces in to the pan and also add some turmeric powder to it and mix well.

Keep a lid on it and and made the pieces boil for some time by keeping a lid on it for some time.

After some time open the lid and add some salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well in the pan.

Now add the boiled milk in to the boiled pieces and mix well with the milk in the pan in a low flame.

After that add the dry coconut powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pieces and mix well for the taste purpose .

Before put of the stove add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and take into the serving bowl.
