Cabbage with fish head
STEP : 1
Take one cabbage, two potatoes, one tomato, green chilies, ginger one cube, cumin seeds one tablespoon, fish head pieces all those things bring together and keep aside.

Cut the cabbage and clean with water . Take a prasher cooker put the cabbage in it then add some water and salt and then boil the cabbage and keep aside.

hot a pan then add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the fish head pieces, salt and turmeric powder and fry the fish head.

Hot a pan and add some oil then add little bit of cumin seeds then add the potato, salt and turmeric powder and fry them and keep aside.

Wash the tomato and cut it then keep aside. Take the boiled cabbage and stain the water and keep aside. Paste the ginger and cumin seeds and keep aside , fried fish head all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it then add the fried potato and tomato then cook it for one minute on high flame.

Add the cumin seeds and ginger paste, salt and turmeric powder in to the cooked potato and tomato and cook for two minutes in high flame.

When masala split from oil add the boiled cabbage and cook for two minutes on high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the fried hilsha fish head in to the cooked cabbage , salt, turmeric powder and cook for five minutes in low flame.

Then add some sugar and green chili and then cook for five minutes in low flame on a gas oven.

Serve this recipe cabbage with hilsha fish head in a serving plate. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice or hot roti for a satisfying mil.
