Ingredients
Cabbage Vada
- 1.00 cup Cabbage
- 1.00 cup Basin Flour
- 1.00 tbsp Rice flour
- 1.00 tbsp Salt for taste
- 1.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya powder
- 1.00 tbsp Green chilies
- 3.00 no Coriander leaves
- 1.00 liter Oil For Deep fry
Instructions
Cabbage Vada
- First of all take the bowl and take the cabbage and cut that cabbage in to pieces and keep them aside.
- now wash the cabbage well and keep aside for 5 minutes then take the basin flour and add one cup of basin flour.
- now take the red chilly powder and add one tbsp of the red chilly powder and mix well and then add salt for taste.
- now take the green chilies and add one tbsp of the green chilies in the basin flour and then mix all well.
- now take the coriander and chop that coriander in to small pieces and mix in the flours and then add the one tbsp of the rice flour.
- now take the dhaniya powder and add the one tbsp of the dhaniya powder and mix all of them well once.
- now take the water and add one small glass of water in them and prepare like a dough and keep aside.
- now switch on the stove and then keep a pan and preheat the oil for deep fry for 5 minutes.
- now prepare the wada with the prepared batter by applying the little water over the palm and then fry them in the oil.
- now fry them until they fry like golden color then take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious cabbage vada.
