Cabbage pakoda

STEP : 1
In 1st step we have to take 1cup of besan and pour into the steel bowl or glass bowl according to my availability I choose steel bowl here.

STEP : 2
After that we have to take cabbage n slice into small pieces like as shown in below image. We have to take 1/2 cup of cabbage slices with the same cup as we taken besan with the cup.

STEP : 3
After slicing cabbage into small pieces like above image we have to take Onions if big in size 1 is enough if small in size 2 is enough. Then we have to cut them into slices

STEP : 4
After slicing the onions into small pieces we have to take 4 green chillies n slice into small pieces like as shown in below image

STEP : 5
We have sliced onions, green chillies into small pieces like as shown in above images. Now we have to add those green chilly pieces into besan bowl

STEP : 6
We have added sliced green chillies into besan powder know.now we have to add sliced onions to besan bowl.

STEP : 7
We have to take sliced cabbage pieces bowl near to besan bowl like as shown in below image.

We have to add those sliced cabbage pieces to besan bowl like images uploaded below

We have to take salt near to besan bowl in this step like as shown in below image

We have to add salt as per required quantities in besan bowl as per your taste you can add I mentioned 6grams of salt in ingredients column

Now we have to a pinch of Turmeric powder to the besan bowl like image uploaded below

In this step we have to add 1 1/2 table spoon of red chilly powder to the besan bowl like image which was uploaded below

In this step we have to mix well all the ingredients until the cabbage n other ingredients get coated with besan,red chilly powder, Turmeric powder,salt well.

Now we have to take a glass of water or with the cup you have used for measuring besan and cabbage pieces.

After taking a glass of water near to besan bowl now we have to add water make a batter matches for pakodi.

STEP : 16
In this step we have to take a kadai heat it well after that we have to add 8 table spoons of oil and heat it at low flame

STEP : 17
Now we have to add cabbage n besan mixture in kadai containing oil n fry them well like as image uploaded below

STEP : 18
After adding this pakodi to kadai turn them n fry into slight golden colour n enjoy the tasty yummy cabbage pakodi.

Now we have to transfer them into a bowl n decorate it you can pair up with sauce or curd raitha it also give good taste.
