Cabbage muri ghonto
STEP : 1
Firstly wash the fish head, then marinate the fish head with a half teaspoon turmeric powder and pinch of salt and keep it aside for few minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish head from all the side. Fry the fish head until it turn golden brown from all the side. Transfer it into a plate.
STEP : 2
Now on same non-stick pan add little more oil, then add half teaspoon of cumin seeds and saute it for few second. Then add finely chopped cabbage, paste of cumin seeds and ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt as required. Mix the chopped cabbage with all these species.
STEP : 3
Break the fish head into few pieces and add these pieces of fish head to the cabbage preparation. Mix well with the fish head and also add a pinch of sugar. Cover the pan with lid and reduce the flame.
STEP : 4
Remove the lid properly; add half teaspoon of garam masala and 1 teaspoon of ghee. Mix it well and also sprinkle little water if needed and cook for another 5 minutes.
STEP : 5
The aromatic and very delicious cabbage muri ghonto is ready to serve. Garnish with a pinch of chat masala and little of coriander leaves. Enjoy it with steamed rice.
