Cabbage Manchurian in Restaurant style , is a very likely dish , we can cook this hygienic way without adding any chemicals , and tasting powder which is harmful for health . so hier we can make the cabbage Manchurian at home in a restaurant style .

Ingredients of Cabbage preparation

1.00 no Cabbage
0.50 cup Water
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
0.25 tbsp Garam masala
0.25 tbsp Soda
1.00 cup Maida flour
0.50 cup Corn flour
0.50 liter Oil

Ingredients of masala preparation

2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 cup Chopped Onion
1.00 no Capsicum
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Soya sauce
3.00 tbsp Tomato sauce
0.25 tbsp Baking soda
1.00 cup Coriander leaves

Cabbage Preparation

For making the cabbage manchurian , we are taking the fresh cabbage as in the below image .

STEP : 1

Firstly remove the two layer and chopped the cabbage in a small size as in below image.

Take a one bowel and put 1 and 1/2 glass off water ,and boil it for 5 minutes and add 1 table spoon of salt to this .

Now add chopped cabbage to the bowel as i shown in the below image , and sock it for 10 minutes .

Take a one bowel , in this add 1 and 1/2 spoon of red-chilly powder , you can increase if you want more spicy .

Now add 1/2 table spoon of garam masala to the bowel ,it gives the good taste .

Now add same proportion of corn flour to the bowel , the measurement should be same .

After adding the flour and masala ingredients mix it well , don't add water mix it well and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour .

Take a one kada in this add 1/2 litter of oil and make it heat in a medium flame .

Now leave some mixers one by one as in below image , and fry this for 5 minutes as in below image.

After frying the cabbage it looks as in the below image . It is a dry gobi .

Now add the fried Manchurian to the kada ,which we prepared in the above .

Hi mam. Was wanting to add a new recipe in my collection of weekly food so I tried this and it turned out really nice. Actually, I am not surprised anymore..since the last 3 recipes I followed turned out well I adjusted the chilly and tomato sauce and my little girl can't take spicy food. Had a little trouble with making the balls and kept adding flour until molding as possible. Next time I will dry the cabbage before using a food processor. Anyways...I think my little girl enjoyed it more than everyone once again a BIG THANK YOU.

I just love manchurians. This recipe is simply yummy, amazing and easy to make. I tried this and it really came out very tasty and crispy. Best for parties and weekends try out.
