STEP : 1
Please take the following ingredients: Cabbage Wheat Flour Red chili powder Curd Ginger Garlic Paste Coriander -cumin powder Mustard seeds Oil Salt Coriander leaves

STEP : 2
Now take cabbage and start cutting from the between portion . We need to grate the cabbage after cutting.

You need to cut the cabbage into 4 similar pieces so it will be easy for you while grating.

Start Grating the cabbage piece one by one slowly slowly. Do not keep big pieces.

once you grated all the pieces of cabbage keep the all grated cabbage in one plate.

Take wheat flour for making the dough . You can use the gram flour instead of wheat flour.

Now add the all grated cabbage into the wheat flour. Make sure the quantity of the grated cabbage and wheat flour.

After adding the gated cabbage please add the ginger garlic paste in the mixture .

Add red chili powder in the mixture. If you want more spices you can add the more red chili powder in the mixture.

After that add coriander -jeera powder in the mixture. please do not add this powder more than red chili powder.

Add one tbsp Curd in the mixture for soft dough and good taste. You can also use the lemon juice instead of curd.

in the last please add the salt in the mixture. Please first see the quantity of the mixture and than only add .

Now start making the dough slowly slowly. Please do not add water in the mixture.

Please add little oil for binding your dough perfectly. Do not pour excessive oil in the mixture .

After binding the mixture your dough will be ready. It will look like image shown in the image attachment.

Now divided the dough into the two parts . make sure it will be in the same quantity.

Now take one piece and start making the roll of it. Make the role in the perfect shape.

Make the roll of all parts slowly slowly and once it gets ready keep in the plate.

Now take a cooker pan and add little oil in it . You also use the another pot for the same.

Spread the oil of the pan to each and every corner of the pan with the help of finger tips.

Now keep the all the roll in that pan . Please make the roll as per your pan size.

Now take a presser cooker for the steaming the rolls. Presser cooker is the best option for cooking the rolls.

Keep the presser cooker on low flame and pour water in it. Make sure the water level have to same as we take while cooking rice.

Now keep the roll in the presser cooker and check the level of the water.

Now close the presser cooker and keep the gas on medium flame. make 3-4 whistles and close the gas.

Now let the pressure cooker comes on normal temperature , after that open the cooker you can see your roll is cooked well. You can see little crack in it.

Now start the cutting of the rolls into the small pieces for shallow fry. Keep the all pieces into the one plate.

Mow take a flat pan or tawa for shallow fry . And add the little oil in it.

Keep the gas fame on low mode . after heating the oil add mustard seeds in it.

After Mustard seed started making noise add one by one piece into the oil for shallow fry . Make sure fry the both the sides. Make it little crispy.

Once you fry the both the side off the gas and take the all the pieces on the plate for removing excessive oil from it.

Add coriander leaves for the decoration purpose on it. You can eat this with tomato sauce or green chutney.
