Cabbage balls with sauce is a good and tasty dish made easily at home. It is a vegetarian dish. This recipe is mostly liked by the children. It is a healthy recipes with numbers of nutrients. A good and tasty snack item that can be enjoyed any time specially at evening
Ingredients of cabbage balls
STEP : 1
These are the simple ingredients required to make the cabbage balls with sauce. These are easily available in markets.

First peel the onions and Chopp it in pieces then wash the capsicum and Chopp it in small pieces. Wash the cabbage and carrots and grate them with grater.

Take a bowl and in it add the grated carrots and diced or chopped capsicum.

Add the grated cabbage in the bowl. Cabbage can be grated or cutted in the small pieces.

After adding the colourful veggies now let us add the chopped onions in the bowl.

After adding the chopped onions in the bowl now add the corn flour in the mixture.

Now let us add the gram flour in the mixture of the bowl. I have taken 2-1/2 teaspoon of gram flour in it.

After adding cornflour and gram flour now let us add the rice flour in the mixture of bowl.

Now let us add the black pepper powder in the mixture. I have used crushed black pepper seeds powder.

After adding the black pepper powder now let us add the ginger garlic paste in the mixture.

Add salt in the mixture. You can increase or decrease the quantity of salt as per taste required.

Mix the mixture well such that all the items mixes well with each other nicely.

Take a small portion of mixture from the bowl and start making balls from it.

Take a kadai and in it pour oil for deep frying as the oil gets heated up now slowly add the balls in it.

Fry them on both the sides till colour changes and remove it on tissue paper plates.

Again in the same kadai of oil add the chopped garlic pieces in the hot oil.

After adding garlic now add the chopped onions in the kadai and fry till raw smell disappear.

Add the chopped green chillies in the kadai and mix it well. Make sure that the stove is on the medium flame.

Add a pinch of salt in the kadai. Adding salt gives gravy good taste. Salt can be added according to the taste required.

Now add the tomatoes ketchup or sauce in the kadai and fry it well till the gravy become thick.

Now slowly leave all the balls in the kadai of gravy do not over crowded it.

Mix it well for few seconds until the gravy disappears. Make sure that the stove is on the medium to low flame.

After the balls are prepared now take a serving plate and serve it. Before serving garnish it with the grated carrots on the top .
