Butter Chicken – Healthy And Delicious Butter Chicken Recipe
Butter chicken is very delicious and spicy dish. This recipe combination is rice, roti and chapati and it have more protein and calories. It has got amazing taste and flavor of all the spices.

- 1.00 kg Chicken
- 0.5 cup Curd
- 0.5 cup Fresh Cream
- 0.25 tbsp Kasthuri Methi
- 1.00 cup Tomato
- 2 nos Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger
- 1.00 tbsp Garlic
- 1.00 tbsp Chilly Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2.00 nos Cinnamon
- 3.00 nos Cardamom
- 5.00 nos Cloves
Instructions
Butter Chicken
- At the first step remove the skin of chicken and cut it to pieces then wash it well using water then drain off excess water.
- Make a paste of ginger and garlic .then take a plate pour some curd ,red chilly powder, some salt and ginger garlic paste to it.
- Then put the chicken pieces which is previously cleaned and drained then mix it well and keep this for half an hour.
- Then we can go for other ingredients, chop the onion into fine pieces and then make a paste of tomato using a blender.
- Then place a pan on flame and let it hot then put some butter to it and let it melt.
- When it’s done put the ground spices like cinnamon ,cloves and cardamom to it .Saute it well for some seconds.
- Then put the chopped onion to it then close the kadai and keep in low flame wait until the onion becomes brawn.
- Then put the tomato paste to it and mix it well pour little water also . Then put some chilly powder and garam masala to it.
- When the oil gets start separating from the tomato, then add the marinated chicken pieces to it and mix it well.
- Then close the pan and let the chicken gets cooked well . Add water and salt if needed. Wait for five to eight minutes.
- When we can see our chicken is cooked and the oil is separated at the upper layer add fresh cream to it and mix it .
- After adding fresh cream no need to cook more than just two minutes is enough . Then put some kasthuri methi and coriander leaves on top and off the flame.Our dish is ready.
