Ingredients of Bun recipe
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Bun ,we need maida,milk,sugar, Active dry yeast , Egg,oil,baking powder,baking soda and salt.

To make a warm milk , Turn on the flame boil the quarter liter milk .

Turn off the flame when it starts frothing and allow to get warm for few seconds.

To activate the yeast ,Take some amount of warm milk and add one tablespoon of yeast.

Add a tablespoon of sugar along with the yeast and mix it and close for few seconds.

Take a single egg ,break it in a seperate bowl and whisk it nicely using spoon.

After 10 minutes ,our yeast has been acivated or nicely fermented like shown below image.

For mixing ,take a seperate vessel add two cups of sifted all purpose flour or maida.

Add the activated dry yeast along with the all purpose flour , for better fermentation use light hot milk or water.

Now add a pinch of baking powder and pinch salt along with the all purpose flour.

Now add a pinch of baking soda for better soft and mix it with flour.

Add two to three tablespoon of sugar or as per your need along with the mixture

Add the whisked egg along with the mixture ,you can add melted butter along with these

Add half cup of refined oil ,you can use any type oil ,if possible use vegetable oil.

Everything mix it well using hands ,Add the chilled milk and mix it till it turns smooth dough .

Now the soft and fluffy pav bread dough is ready after adding all the ingredients.

Close the dough with wet cloth to get the dough double in size for 2 hours.

After 2 hours the smooth dough is fermented and it turns little bigger or double in size.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes in a flat surface by dusting the flour and divide it.

Take a single divided dough and knead the each dough for few seconds and shape it.

Close the divided dough with wet cloth and leave it for half an hour to get fermented.

For preheating turn on the flame ,place a long bottomed vessel with two cup of salt.

Place the stand along with the salt, Make sure there is gap between salt and stand and cover it.

After half an hour ,our each dough is nicely fermented or doubled and apply a warm milk on top.

After 10 to 15 minutes when it is preheated ,place the dough on a stand.

Now cover it with long lid ,the lid should closed with out any gap and let it leave it for 55 to 60 minutes.

After 55 to 60 minutes open the lid and for every 25 minutes check it is baked.Our tasty Bakery Bun is ready with out oven.
