STEP : 1
Chop the onion into large pieces. Chop the colored bell pepper into large cubes and also chop the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and slice it into small pieces. Slit the green chilies.

Cut the broccoli pieces into small florets and steam them before hand in boiling water so that the cooking time is lesser.

Heat oil in a frying pan and add the garlic pieces and the slit green chilies and fry them well.

Add the onion pieces and the bell peppers and fry them well too with the garlic till the onion softens and turns pink.

To the mixture above add the steamed broccoli. Add the salt and stir well and mix all the contents and cook for 3-5 minutes.

After all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed add the soya sauce in it and mix well and cook for a minute or two.
STEP : 7
After the soya sauce is cooked add a cup of water and cook the chili broccoli in gravy. Once the gravy is thickened the dish is ready to be served.
