STEP : 1
Take the broad beans of 1 cup which are fresh one for the preparation process of the curry easy to do so.

Now take a bowl and pour fresh water of 2 glasses to it which will be used for further preparation process.

Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the water in the bowl as the salt removes any dirt from the vegetables easily.

Peel the skin on the sides of the broad beans of both sides which will not be used for preparation process.

After that add these broad beans of 1 cup to the salt water and clean well without having any dirt in it.

After some time remove all the water from it and keep them aside for further preparation process easily to do so.

Again add the fresh water of 1/2 glass to the cleaned broad beans and soak them in water for some time.

Now add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the broad beans and mix well until the salt dissolves in it for some time.

Take a pressure cooker pour water of 1/4 glass under it and made it to boil for 5 minutes in a low flame.

Now put the bowl of broad beans of 1 cup and made them to boil in the pressure cooker for some time.

Close it with a lid having vessel and made them to boil for 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame.

Now take a pan add oil of 4 table spoons and made the oil heat in a low flame for some time.

After the oil gets heated add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil for some time.

After that add the mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them to crack in the oil in a low flame.

After that add the boiled broad beans to the oil without water and made it to fry in the oil in a low flame.

Now add the turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well until all the pieces gets the powder in a low flame.

After that put a lid on the bowl just for 5 minutes for fast cooking of the pieces in the oil in a low flame only.

Now open the lid and add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt dissolves in it

After that add the dry coconut powder of 1/2 table spoon to the boiled pieces and mix well for taste purpose.

Now add the red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon and mix well and then put off the stove and take in to the serving bowl.
