this eggplant rice is a typical karnataka dish made with brinjals and nice blended spices.so many people dont like to eat brinjals so we can make like this and feed them this is easy to prepare.and tasty too.

Ingredients of Brinjal rice

4.00 no garlic
2.00 no green chillies
0.50 no tamarind
1.00 cup egg plant pieces
1.00 cup curry leaves
1.00 cup coriander leaves
1.00 tbsp mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
1.00 tbsp chana dal
1.00 tbsp urad dal
2.00 no dry red chillies
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp salt

Brinjal rice

STEP : 1

first oil in a pan and add garlic cloves , green chillies and curry leaves

now add egg plant slices , coriender leaves, tamarind, salt and mix it till egg plant become soft

now transfer it to the mixing jar and grind the mixture to a fine paste.
