STEP : 1
ingredients are egg plant , tamarind, green chillies, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriender leaves, curry leaves, salt

STEP : 2
first oil in a pan and add garlic cloves , green chillies and curry leaves

STEP : 3
now add egg plant slices , coriender leaves, tamarind, salt and mix it till egg plant become soft

STEP : 4
now transfer it to the mixing jar and grind the mixture to a fine paste.

now take a pan add oil and add the mustard seeds, red chille, urad dal, cumin seeds, urad and channa dal

STEP : 6
now add the grinded egg plant paste to the pan and mix it and cook for 5 mins

STEP : 7
now add the boiled rice to the mixture and mix it nicely and the rice is ready

STEP : 8
now the tasty and yummy egg plant rice is ready to serve
