  • 8.00 no brinjal
  • 1.00 cup grated coconut
  • 2.00 tbsp chopped ginger garlic
  • 1.00 tbsp garam masala
  • 1.00 tbsp red chilli
  • 2.00 tbsp salt

  • as the first step take a raw onion and peel it off and add it into fresh and clean plate chop it into fine peices
  • and now take some brinjals and clean them with fresh water and add them into a pan for some time and cook
  • stir fry the brinjal for some time and add it into other plate and in the same pan add some oil and add the chopped onions
  • and now add the half cooked brinjal to the pan and stir fry for some time and add the garam masala and the redchilli powder and salt
  • and now mix all the ingredients in the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes and add the grated fresh coconut to the pan and mix well
  • and now mix all the ingredients in the pan add some sugar if the salt or any ingredient dominates the taste and add it into the bowl
