This Tasty round brinjal stir fry is very simple dish to make . any one can make this simple dish at home . you can eat this dish in breakfast too . this tasty dish every one should eat once in life .

Ingredients of Brinjal fry

1.00 no Brinjal
1.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
2.00 tbsp Oil
0.50 tbsp Water

Brinjal fry

Take a fresh raw brinjal wash it well and cut it round and make little thick slices . take spices , salt and turmeric powder.

Now mix red chilly powder , turmeric and salt add little amount of water in it to make a paste. you can add lemon juice also instead of water.

Now deep the brinjal round slices one by one in the red chilly powder , turmeric and salt paste. apply the paste on both the sides as well.
