STEP : 1
Take a fresh raw brinjal wash it well and cut it round and make little thick slices . take spices , salt and turmeric powder.

STEP : 2
Now mix red chilly powder , turmeric and salt add little amount of water in it to make a paste. you can add lemon juice also instead of water.

STEP : 3
Now deep the brinjal round slices one by one in the red chilly powder , turmeric and salt paste. apply the paste on both the sides as well.

STEP : 4
After the paste is applied on the slices , take a pan , add oil in it and heat it. place the slices one by one in oil. fry it on a low flame.

STEP : 5
After it will become reddish brown in colour, remove from the pan and serve hot with garnished coriander leaves. eat with sauce or chutney or as it is.
