This dish mainly used for banglore brinjal.It ia bengaluru style vankaya then translated for bengalore brinjal.Main preparing the pulse,sauce and sabji in karnataka.Bangalore brinjal main high water consistency and calcium.It is popular for southen india to prepared the dish.

Ingredients of Brinjal curry
