Ingredients of Brinjal chutney
STEP : 1
Take the one brinjal wash the water and clean stuff the cloth serve the bowl.

Then take some garlic,one green chilli and one finely slice tomato,dry chillis,bengal gram and some tamarind serve the plate.

First take the brinjal and some oil stuff them and switch on the flame put the fry.

Then brinjal round them roast for all sides again round and round roasted them switch of the flame fully roast.

Then take roast brinjal take a bowl and add the some water and put the brinjal.

Then stuff the water and remove the outer black skin and take inside brinjal serve the bowl.

Then take kadai and add the oil and add cumin seeds,some dry chillis fry it.

Then few minutes later add the garlic and one green chilli cut the center place added them.

Then fry for normal color and add the finely slice tomato and add the bengal gram.

Then all the ingrediants mixed very well and add the tamarind cook for normal flame.

Then five minutes later take mixi jar add the ingrediants and add the pinch of salt added them.

Then grend the all ingrediants off medium and add the roasted brinjal again grend them.

Then see the mixi jar very fine paste grend them and add the two tbsp of water mixed very well.

Finally pachady is ready and add chopped coriander leaves and serve the bowl to eat the idly and dosa good combination.
