This dish famous for andhra special used in brinjal.And it is a andhra style pachadi.But in indian style some people different to prepard.In olden age people very much liked this dish because generation wise eat the pachadi.

Ingredients of Brinjal chutney

1.00 no Brinjal

1.00 no Green chilli
0.50 tbsp Bengal gram

0.50 tbsp Tamarind
0.50 tbsp Coriander leaves
0.50 tbsp Curry leaves
0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
