This is a type of pakora using brinjal. We can make this easily with great taste at home . Usually I made this while fasting or as nomb thura Item . Sometimes I give it as tifin for my kids. It requires very less ingredients.

Ingredients of Brinjal bajji

3.00 no Brinjal
1.00 cup Gram flour
1.00 no Onion
1.00 tbsp Ginger
4.00 no Green chilly
1.00 no Coriander leaves
2.00 tbsp Rice flour
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp Red chilly powder
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 cup Oil
0.25 tbsp Baking powder

Brinjal bajji

At the first step take the brinjal and clean it using water then wipe off the water and remove it's thandu or green part .

Then slice it to round shape , it should be very thin sliced for better taste, then keep it aside .

Then take a bowl an four some gram flour, rice flour , turmeric powder , chilly powder , baking powder and salt .

Mean while chop the onion , green chilly and ginger it to very fine pieces and pour these chopped items to the bowl .

Then mix it well using a spatula and then pour water little by little to it and mix it again .

Then dip the round sized brinjal to the batter and cover it fully with it . When the oil becomes hot .
