Ingredients of Brinjal bajji
STEP : 1
At the first step take the brinjal and clean it using water then wipe off the water and remove it's thandu or green part .

Then slice it to round shape , it should be very thin sliced for better taste, then keep it aside .

Then take a bowl an four some gram flour, rice flour , turmeric powder , chilly powder , baking powder and salt .

Mean while chop the onion , green chilly and ginger it to very fine pieces and pour these chopped items to the bowl .

Then mix it well using a spatula and then pour water little by little to it and mix it again .

Then put some coriander leaves to it and then stir it again and keep it for some time . Then heat a pan

Then dip the round sized brinjal to the batter and cover it fully with it . When the oil becomes hot .
STEP : 8
Put the batter dipped brinjal pieces to it and let it cooked and nicely fried .When one side is done turn it's side .

When it's done take it out and fry the remaining bajis also and serve hot along with tomato sauce . Enjoy
