Healthy and yummy brown bread upma with lots of veggies such as carrot, beans and capsicum will be great for kids. It is full of taste and very rich in nutrient values. By adding namakin and tomato ketchup this brown bread upma will love by kids.

Ingredients of Bread upma

10.00 no brown bread slices
1.00 cup chopped carrot
1.00 cup chopped capsicum
1.00 cup chopped beans
4.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp sugar
1.00 cup groundnut
8.00 no curry leaves
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
1.00 no onion
0.50 cup namakin
2.00 tbsp chopped coriander
2.00 tbsp tomato ketchup

Bread upma

Take 1 carrot, 2 capsicum and few beans, wash them properly and chopped these vegetables into very small pieces. You can use any other vegetables in place of these veggies.

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, firstly add chopped carrot and saute it for a minute then add chopped bean and again saute it. Finally add chopped capsicum, œ teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt as required and mix well. Turn off the flame after 2 minutes.

After mixing adds the fried ground nuts, it will add more taste to this recipe. In place of ground nuts you can add roasted cashew nuts.
