My kids love this dish specially the masala I made to stuff . I usually make this as snack ,but we can give it as breakfast also .

Masala preparation

STEP : 1
At the first step keep the potatoes to get cooked in a pressure cooker along with some salt and water.

STEP : 2
Let it cook well,mean while we can chop the other ingredients like our onion , ginger ,garlic and green chilly.

Our potato is cooked then let it cool ,when it is cool peel off its skin and put it along with chopped ingredients and add all the powders to it.

Then at first crush the potatoes using clean hands and then mix all the other ingredients well and evenly.

Taste it and add salt if needed , then make it to small ball shape using clean hands and keep it aside.
Stuffed bread roll preparation

STEP : 1
Then take the bread pieces and remove its dark edges and keep it on a plate . Take some water in a bowl.

STEP : 2
Then dip the bread to water then drain excess water and put one ball of masala to it and cover it using the bread . Make shapes as you like.

STEP : 3
Then heat a pan or kadai and put oil to it when it is hot put the bread roll to it.

STEP : 4
When one side of the bread is nicely brawn or fried turn it's side and let the other side also done. Fry the remaining rolls and wipe off excess oil .Enjoy the dish with your family.
