Ingredients of Bread rasmalai
STEP : 1
Turn on the flame;put the pot or long bottomed vessel on it and keep it in low flame pour the half litter into a vessel;increase the flame to high.You can also grease the ghee on the vessel and lets the milk boil.

Once milk starts boiling keep stirring and scrape the edges in between;let it boil the milk on low flame till it reduces to half of its original quantity.keep stirring in between.

Now add the sugar as required or one cup sugar into the milk and keep stir it ;milk has reduces to half of its original quantity;when the milk comes up reduce the flame keep stirring it between and scrape the edges.

Now add the saffron strands into the boiling milk or else you can soak the saffron strands in warm milk and keep mixing it;till the milk become one by four of original quantity.

When the milk starts thickening and reduce its original quantity you can add cardamom powder into the boiling milk;mix it well and scrape the edges in between.

In a boiling milk if you like you can add a tablespoon of ghee for more taste;add the finely chopped almonds into the well boiling milk.

Now add the finely chopped pistachios into the boiling milk;keep stirring it between is more essential to avoid the formation of scrapes;now the milk as to reduced to one by four of its original quantity.

Boil it in a low flame now the rasmalai changes the golden yellow colour;now it as reduced of its original quantity ;it changed in to thickened and sweetened.

Now turn off the flame;let the rasmalai become cool down a little keep aside;mix it well in a spoon make sure the rasmalai completely become cool thoroughly.

Take two bread slices;use a steel glass or cookies cutter;cut the bread slice in the glass or cooking cutter to give it round shape;then remove the edges;take out the bread slice from the glass ans keep in a seperate plate and dip into the rasmalai and leave it on 40 to 50 seconds.Now take out the soaked bread slices along with the malai;garnish the rasmalai with variety of nuts.Now the bread rasmalai is ready to serve.
