So let us discuss our bread omelette in Indian style. How to make bread omelette Indian style? It is so simple, we just have to add Indian spices like red chilli powder, tumeric and vegetables such as onion, green chilli and tomato to bring out the authentic Indian flavours.
You can even add some vegetables like carrot, cabbage and capsicum to the egg mixture by sauteing it separately as it takes a bit longer to cook. You can also add some pepper powder and garam masala for some more flavour.
So here I am not cutting the sides of my bread as I love to eat the darken portions. If you don’t like that, then you can cut it out and use it for making bread crumbs simply by powdering it in the mixer and dry frying it for a few minutes.
The first step is to whisk the egg along with all other ingredients except bread.
You can also add a tablespoon of milk to the egg mixture for soft fluffy bread omelette. So now you can make the bread omelette by pouring the egg mixture on the bread slices and toasting it until golden brown.

Ingredients of Bread omelette
STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients are near ready to before start cooking.that is take four slices of bread and three eggs in a plate.

Take one medium size onion and chop as fine pieces and chop one medium size tomato and one green chilly and fine chop the spring onion.
STEP : 3
In a bowl add the beaten egg three.and add salt and red chilly powder into it and add 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder at this stage add crushed pepper instead of green chilly.beat well till it gets smooth mixture.

And then add the chopped ingredients such as onion.tomatoes.green chilies and spring onion into that beaten egg mixture and mix well.

Heat the non-stick pan add a tbsp of oil.dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and place it on that pan.keep boil for two minutes on both sides.

Transfer the roasted bread into the plate.In the same pan pour the beaten egg mixture as omelette.which is shown in the picture.

Keep boil it for few minutes till it get boiled.and slice it half using a knife which is shown in the image.
STEP : 8
Place one Toasted bread and place the sliced omelette over the bread as folded and slice it as cross using knife.and serve by garnishing the sliced tomatoes and chopped spring onion.it is good to go with ketchup or with chutney.
