Bread Manchurian – Spicy And Delicious Bread Manchurian Recipe
For Bread Batter Preparation
- 1.00 cup Maida
- 0.50 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 2.00 tbsp corn flour
- 0.25 tbsp yellow food color
- 0.25 cup Water
- 4.00 nos Bread slices
- 2.00 cup Oil
For Masala Preparation
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 2.00 tbsp Garlic cloves
- 1.00 tbsp crunched ginger
- 2.00 tbsp Green chillies
- 1.00 cup green capsicum
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Black pepper powder
- 0.50 nos Lemon
- 2.00 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1.00 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2.00 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1.00 cup Coriander leaves
For Batter Preparation
- The key ingredients to prepare Bread Manchurian ,we need Bread,red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,soya sauce,maida,corn flour,capsicum,onions,ginger ,garlic,green chillies,red chilli powder,oil and salt.
- Initially take a cup of sifted all purpose flour or maida in a seperate bowl.
- Add a tablespoon of red chilli powder along with flour to make the layer more spices.
- Add two tablespoon of corn flour along with the all purpose flour for more crisp.
- Add a pinch of Lemon yellow food color ,Don’t add it too much along with ingredients.
- Gradually add little by little of water and prepare a smooth batter by using spoon.
- After preparing smooth batter not too thick or watery leave it under 10 to 15 minutes.
- Take four nos of bread slices ,cut the four equal parts in a single bread.
- Let’S start to deep fry,turn on the flame ,place a pan,add required oil and let it heat.
- Dip the bread pieces one by one along with the smooth batter and coat it.
- Drop the pieces one by one in hot oil and deep fry it in a medium flame for few minutes.
- Drain the excess oil of fried pieces completely using kitchen tissues then transfer in a plate.
For Masala Preparation
- For tampering ,turn on the flame,place a pan or tawa ,add three to four tablespoon of oil .
- Add quarter cup of crunched garlic in hot oil and saute it few seconds and let fry.
- Add a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger in hot oil and saute it few seconds and let fry.
- Add a tablespoon of green chillies along with ingredients and saute it few seconds and let fry.
- Add a cup of onions and saute it for few seconds till it turns light golden brown.
- Add a cup of green capsicum and saute it for few seconds till it turns soft.
- Add half tablespoon of salt along with ingredients and let it leave for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add a tablespoon of crunched black pepper along with ingredients for more spices and mix it.
- Add the fried bread slices along with the seasoning ingredients and mix it well few seconds.
- squeeze a half portion of lemon along with the bread manchurian or else add vinegar.
- Add two tablespoon of tomato ketchup or tomato sauce and mix it completely ,let it fry.
- Add a tablespoon of soya sauce for best manchurian and mix it completely ,let it fry.
- Add two tablespoon of red chilli sauce along with ingredients for best manchurian and mix it completely .
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top, when everything is completed ,turn off the flame and allow them to cool and transfer it in a bowl.
