Ingredients of Bread malpua
STEP : 1
To preparing sugar syrup for bread malpua initially,turn on the flame,put a long bottom vessel on it add one cup of water into vessel.
STEP : 2
After water get heats add one cup of sugar,the sugar can be adjusted according to a taste and let it boil till it reach its consistency.
STEP : 3
Now turn on another flame,put a pan on it add three tablespoon of clarified butter or ghee(you can use oil too instead of ghee),now let it melts.
STEP : 4
Take 4 bread slices ,now cut the each bread slice according in our desired shape,use the cookies cutter and make it round shape,do the remaining slices on the same way.

Now the sugar get melts into a boiling water,stir it well untill it look for sticky consistency i.e less than one string consistency.

In a medium flame the butter get melts ,you can also use refined oil instead of butter or ghee ,now our ghee is ready to fry the round sized bread.

Now in a melted ghee,take a round shape bread slice flip into the ghee let it boils till it changes colour on both sides in a low flame.

Now our sugar syrup comes to string consistency you can add cardamom pinch,fennel seeds ,fennel powder for a great taste and nice aroma now turn off the flame and let it cool under 10 to 15 minutes.

Now the bread slice changes golden brown colour make sure flip the bread slice on both sides into melted ghee in few minutes for a crispiness and crunchy.

After frying the remaining bread slice in hot ghee flip them in both sides as i mention and take out the bread slice when the process are done and keep aside.

Now drop the fried bread slices in the sugar syrup,the fried bread slices quickly observed all sugar syrup so that we need more sugar syrup to dip the bread slices.

Now take out the bread slice using spoon and transfer it in a serving plate,do the remaining bread slice in the same way and transfer it in a serving plate,you can also add few soaked saffron strands into sugar syrup for nice colour to garnish sprinkle the grated coconuts and chopped nuts.Now the bread malpua is ready to serve.
