Bread is the best carbohydrate and filling breakfast ingredients,but i using the bread to do a special and innovative sweet using the bread slices.Usually we all know that making of rasamalai is long process,but here we do it easily and tasty filling sweet with usual ingredients.

Ingredients of Bread ki rasmalai

2.00 cup Milk
4.00 tbsp Condensed milk
4.00 no Bread slices
4.00 no Pistachios
4.00 no Cashew nuts
0.50 tbsp Cardamom powder
0.50 tbsp Saffron strands

Bread ki rasmalai

Take some bread slices and cut out them as desired shape using a cutlet mold or using any sharp edge lid,a nd keep aside,

Then now fine Slice some dry fruits and nuts,here I have fine sliced some pistachios and cashew nuts and keep aside,

Take two tbsp of hot milk and soak some saffron strands into them,and keep aside,you can also use Kesar color too,

For rabri preparation: Heat a thick bottomed pan add two cups of full fat milk and brings it to boil for few minutes,

Keep the prepared rabri in refrigerator for one hour in moderate level and brings it to chill,
