STEP : 1
The key ingredients for preparing bread coconut milk kesari is bread slices,coconut pieces,Jaggery,cardamom powder,ghee,cashew nuts,raisins.

Now cut all the bread edges and keep it in a separate plate as shown in the picture.

If the bread slices are too soft we need to roast it in a pan,so that now make it into medium pieces.

Now add the bread pieces in the pan and roast it lightly on both sides.

Now take a jar and add the bread pieces into it and grind it well.

Make sure the bread pieces are grinded well,now our bread crumbs are ready to add in the kesari,keep it aside.

For preparing coconut milk take a jar and add coconut pieces into it and grind it well,till it turns powder.

Now add little amount of water into the jar and grind it once again.Filter the coconut milk.

Filter the coconut milk by using cloth or filter and keep it in a separate bowl.

For preparing jaggery syrup,take a pan and add half cup or required amount of jaggery into it .

Now add little amount of water into the pan and stir it well ,untill jaggery dissolved well.

Don,t add too much of water into the jaggery syrup because we need thick consistency.

When jaggery melts well ,add prepared coconut milk into the jaggery syrup and stir it well.

Take a small vessel,when it heat add one tablespoon of ghee,wait untill the ghee melts.

Now add the cashew nut into the ghee and roast it well as shown in picture.

Now add the raisins into the vessel and roast it well untill the raisins get big.

Now add the finely chopped almonds into the ghee and roast all the ingredients well.

When jaggery syrup mixed with coconut milk,add the bread crumbs into the jaggery syrup and mix it well.

Add the roasted cashew nuts,raisins,almonds into the jaggery syrup and mix all the ingredients well.

When jaggery syrup is little bit thick,add little amount of cardamom powder into the pan.

Keep stiring in a low flame,now our bread coconut milk kesari is ready to serve.
