Ingredients of Bread fruit
Bread fruit

STEP : 1
Arrange the ingredients according to the measurements given. This will give you a heads up to prepare the dish easily

STEP : 2
Cut off the brown sides (before or after toasting according to your desire). This is done because it is easier to stuff the bread without the brown sides

STEP : 3
Flaten the bread with a chapatti roller. Make it as flat as possible but make sure that the bread pieces don't crumble.

STEP : 4
Heat a pan and put 1spoon of ghee when the pan heats. When the gee is fully melted add the chopped banana pieces to it. Keep the flame in a medium heat

STEP : 5
Add sugar to the banana and stir it in a medium heat. If the banana sticks to the pan, you can add some ghee to greese it up. Stir the banana till it becomes soft and gooey. But not too gooey, that it still stays in shape. After the mix is prepared let it cool

STEP : 6
Mix the egg, milk and a bit of sugar thoroughly and make a rich mixture.

STEP : 7
Now, put enough of the banana stuffing on the middle of the bread slices and brush the egg mix on either end of the bread

STEP : 8
Slowly roll the bread in a cylindrical shape. The egg mix brushed on the either end will help the bread pieces to stay in the shape. Now dip the breads into the remaining egg mix to fry them.

STEP : 9
Heat up the pan and add ghee (or any vegetable oil as said in the "tips" section). Remember to add the ghee in a manner that the bread pieces don't drown completely in them as we are shallow frying our dish. The bread is to be cooked for about 3-4 minutes before taking it out of the pan. Better yet the best way to check the correctness is when the sides then golden brown.

STEP : 10
The bread prices are cooked when the sides become golden brown, so it is best advised to keep the flame in a medium level. When it is ready you can serve it up and enjoy with tea or coffee or as a sweet at any occations
