This is a malabar special snack ,which we get like a cake shape , we can make this very easily and with full of taste , this dish I usually make while fasting or nombthura time . It's heavy and healthy snack .

Ingredients of Bread chicken pola

2.00 no bread
0.50 cup chicken
6.00 no egg
0.25 tbsp garam masala
0.25 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp oil
3.00 tbsp onion
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp garlic
2.00 no Green chilly

At the first step we can cook chicken pieces , so take a pan put chicken pieces to it along with turmeric powder and salt .

When the oil becomes hot , pour half of our bread mix to it and close the veleppa chatty , flame should be low .

When it is done transfer it to the serving plate and let it cool for some time . Mean while pour the remaining mix to the chatty .

This Chicken Masala Bread Pola is a spicy version of pola. Bread pieces were dipped in egg and placed on the greased pan as the bottom layer. Chicken Masala was spread on it and again bread pieces were placed over the chicken masala and cooked over very low heat. It looks like a satisfying omelet though. Chicken makes it more yummier. I prefer chicken with anything and everything.
