Ondelaga is a type of green vegetable and very good for health. Especially for brain and eye sight this is very beneficial. As we use raw leaf and vegetable this is very nutritious and good for children and senior citizens.

Ingredients of Brahmi chutney

1.00 cup Ondelaga and pudina leave
2.00 tbsp Grated coconut
1.00 no Onion
6.00 no Garlic cloves
0.50 tbsp Ginger
3.00 no Green chilly
2.00 tbsp Tamarind Water
2.00 tbsp Jaggery
0.50 tbsp Mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Oil
0.50 tbsp Salt

Brahmi chutney

Take brahmi and pudina leaves in the ratio of 3 : 1 and wash thoroughly and keep aside.

Cut onion ,green chilly,ginger and 3 garlic cloves roughly and keep aside. Grate the coconut and keep aside.

Take a small ball of tamarind. Extract juice about two table spoon and keep aside.

Take a small mixer jar and put leaves and cut vegetables into it. Add jaggery and tamarind juice along with salt to taste. Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.
