Ingredients of Brahmi chutney
STEP : 1
Take brahmi and pudina leaves in the ratio of 3 : 1 and wash thoroughly and keep aside.

Cut onion ,green chilly,ginger and 3 garlic cloves roughly and keep aside. Grate the coconut and keep aside.

Take a small ball of tamarind. Extract juice about two table spoon and keep aside.

Take a small mixer jar and put leaves and cut vegetables into it. Add jaggery and tamarind juice along with salt to taste. Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.

Take a small pan and heat oil in it. When oil heats add mustard seeds into it. When mustard starts to splutter add chopped garlic into it. When garlic turns brown add this tempering to the chutney and serve.
