Ingredients
  

  • 1.00 Cup Wheat flour
  • 3.00 Cup Onions
  • 1.00 Cup Chopped bottle gourd
  • 1.00 tbsp Green chilies
  • 3.00 Tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • first of all take the bowl and add the one cup of wheat flour and add water and mix well with out any lumbs
  • now take the bottle gourd and chopper and chop the bottle gourd finely with the chopper and keep that aside ,
  • now take the onions and peel of the outer layer and cut them like very small pieces and keep them aside
  • now take the bowl and add the chopped coconut and the chopped bottle gourd and mix well and then add salt for taste
  • now take the pan and switch on the pan and preheat the pan and then add the prepared batter on the pan and spread
  • now take the onions at first and add them over the dosa with the hand and spread well fully over dosa
  • now fry the dosa on one side untill it cooks well and then turn it on the other side and fry well until changes to golden color
  • now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious bottle gourd wheat dosa along with red chutney that’s it tasty and yummy breakfast ready
