This is done with the two or three vegetables that of our interest and here i am using the long melon,spuds,tomato for doing this kadi mainly we are using the curd for this preparation and some other tasty ingredients.

Ingredients of Bottle gourd sabzi

0.25 cup tomatoes
2.00 no green chili flakes
1.00 cup curd
0.50 cup chana powder
5.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp cumin
0.25 tbsp mustard seeds
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp red chili powder
0.50 tbsp curry leafs
