STEP : 1
Be ready with all the vegetables that we are going to use for the preparation of the kadi so easily and fastly.

Now peel the skin of the long melon with a peeler and clean it well with the water in a bowl.

Collect all the sliced vegetables in to one plate and kept them aside which is used for further preparation process easily.

Take the curry leafs of 2 no and made it wash with the water in the bowl which is used for the preparation process.

Take one pan add oil of 5 table spoons and made the oil to heat in a low flame for some time.

After that add the cumin of 1/4 table spoon and made them to fry in the oil in a low flame.

Now add the mustard seeds of 1/4 table spoon and made them to crack in the oil along with the cumin.

Collect the curd of 1 cup and kept aside which can be used for the preparation process of doing this kadi.

Now add the green chili flakes and curry leafs of 1 table spoon to the oil and made them fry in the oil.

After that add the long melon pieces to the oil and made them fry in the oil until the pieces turn to soft.

After that add the spuds and tomato pieces to it and made them fry in the oil until the pieces turn to soft.

Add the 1/4 table spoon of the turmeric powder to the pieces and mix well in the bowl in a low flame.

Take one small bowl and collect the fine chana powder of 1 cup which will be used for the preparation process.

Pour water to it and made to paste form without forming any lumps in it and mix well with a spoon.

After the pieces turn to soft add the 1/2 table spoon of the salt to it and mix well until the salt applies to all the pieces.

Now add the prepared chana powder thick paste in to the bowl and mix well with the pieces in the low flame.

Fry well until the raw smell of the chana powder has gone in the oil with the pieces in a low flame.

After that add the curd of 1 table spoon to it and mix well with the pieces slowly in the bowl in a low flame.

Now add the red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl and mix well in the low flame only.

At last keep it in a low flame without disturbing it for some time and then take in to the serving bowl.
